Job description
Seeking a freelance Specialist Construction Manager for HVAC and mechanical trades, focusing on site supervision, coordination, and quality control for a project in Bremen until approximately September 2027.

Responsibilities
- Specialist construction management and supervision of execution in the area of building services, especially mechanical trades
- Coordination and management of executing assembly and subcontractor companies on the construction site
- Monitoring of work regarding quality, deadlines, technical specifications, and execution planning
- Review and coordination of workshop, assembly, and detailed planning
- Coordination of interfaces with adjacent trades, especially electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, plant engineering, and construction technology
- Clarification of technical issues directly with the executing companies and project participants
- Monitoring of construction progress and early identification of deviations and conflicts
- Support in solving short-term problems in ongoing construction site operations
- Participation in construction site meetings and coordination with project management, client, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Sound experience in specialist construction management, construction supervision, or assembly supervision in the field of building services or mechanical trades
- Practical experience in managing demanding plant engineering, industrial, or energy infrastructure projects
- English skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of technical execution and the coordination of various trades and interfaces
- Experience in working with assembly companies, subcontractors, and other project participants
- Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and an independent way of working
- Resilience and the ability to act in a solution-oriented manner, even in a dynamic and demanding construction site environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to be continuously present on the construction site five days a week
