Strategic HR Advisor (temporary)

Project overview

As a strategic HR advisor, you connect organizational development, labor market trends, and HR policy to the organization's course.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Translating vision on HR issues into guiding frameworks for HR advisors
• Acting as a strategic sparring partner for executives and other stakeholders
• Converting strategic HR issues into policy proposals, project plans, and new working methods
• Contributing to the further development of themes such as talent development, sustainable employability, personnel information, and the Baarda appraisal model
• Supporting executives with complex organizational and personnel issues
• Completed HBO or WO education in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Studies, or a comparable field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a strategic HR advisor, calculated from 2020
• At least 5 years of experience in drafting HR policy
• Minimum of 5 years of experience advising executives on strategic HR issues
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with organizational development and change processes
• At least 3 years of work experience within a government organization or political-administrative environment
• Strong digital skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Availability of four days per week at one of the locations Assen, Emmen, or Hoogeveen
