TALENT LIAISON MANAGER / HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
Qualification:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to Talent Partners, business leaders and managers
- Manage complex employee relations and performance management cases.
- Prepare business cases, exit calculations and support employee exit discussions
- Advise on Belgian employment law, compensation and bonus eligibility.
- Challenge business decisions where documentation or justification is insufficient
- Support organizational changes and restructuring initiatives
- Contribute to HR process improvements, AI adoption and digital transformation
- 8–10 years of professional HR experience (6–7 years considered for strong candidates)
- Strong knowledge of Belgian employment law and employee relations.
- Proven experience handling complex HR cases and difficult employee conversations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently with limited onboarding support
- High adaptability, resilience and a solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent French and English, with basic Dutch language skills
- Experience in multinational organizations, pharmaceuticals or working with unions is an advantage
