• Teaching the generalist HR basics to beginners based on a defined curriculum
• Motivating participants and supporting them towards individual peak performance
• Documenting attendance, lesson progress, and performance levels of participants
• Creating and maintaining positive group dynamics in a purely online event for a pleasant learning and working atmosphere for participants
• Close virtual collaboration with our learning and career teams to ensure an engaging and practice-oriented training experience
• Active participation in curriculum development and continuous improvement of learning content based on current market trends
• Generalist HR knowledge, e.g., through studies, appropriate training and further education
• Confident use of DATEV in the HR area (e.g., payroll / master data maintenance) is a prerequisite for this position
• Ability to specifically lead learning processes, teach in a lively manner, and promote knowledge transfer in participants, as well as practical experience
• Ability to empathetically support participants, dynamically manage groups, and foster motivation and trust for effective learning
• Openness to digital, cross-departmental collaboration in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to actively supporting people in their professional development and enabling them to enter the job market
• Very good German skills for teaching as well as sufficient
• English skills for participating in meetings
