For the Security Management Department, we are looking for a

Team Lead in Locking Technology

for a one-year fixed term with the option of extension.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of three employees
• Handling matters related to locking technology (including adapting locking technology standards and advising and training users)
• Planning and further developing the mechatronic locking system of the DRV Bund
• Supporting the department management in the area of locking technology
• Handling special tasks within the scope of activity
• Implementing procurement processes
• Participating in budget planning and the management of financial resources

To fill the position, we will conduct interviews with candidates who are shortlisted.

This is a fixed-term employment as a sickness replacement with the option of extension.

The activity involves occasional business trips.

The activity requires regular use of a PC (e.g., Word, Excel, HCL Notes, Intranet). If such experience is not available, these skills must be acquired within a period of 6 months.

• A successfully completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom/FH or equivalent qualification) or a successfully completed technical vocational training

Area of Activity

As a central service provider for the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund (DRV Bund), the Corporate Security Department performs information security tasks. These include IT and physical security, data protection, security clearance, and general and cross-sectional tasks. With its portfolio of tasks, Security Management contributes to operational hazard prevention and the maintenance of safety and order in the DRV Bund's service buildings. The protection of employees is a central focus, alongside the physical protection of the public-law corporation's infrastructure.
