Project overview
As team leader, you will manage the Information Provision department and work on its further professionalization.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Managing the daily activities of the Information Provision department
- Analyzing the current organizational structure and drawing up a proposal for the future structure
- Creating support for changes and guiding the initial implementation steps
- Monitoring the continuity of service delivery and the progress of ongoing projects
- Stimulating ownership, development, and collaboration within the team
- Diploma at a minimum HBO bachelor level
- 5 years or more of experience as a manager within information provision, ICT, or information management
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with organizational development, change processes, and team development
- CV of maximum 5 pages, drawn up in Dutch, with at least 2 references
