Project overview
As Team Manager, you will manage a team of approximately 40 professionals working on platforms for mail, fixed and mobile telephony, and UC clients.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Monitor the quality and future-proofing of the communication platforms
- Act as the first point of contact for suppliers, involved SSC departments, and users
- Manage migration and optimization projects
- Steer towards efficient deployment of budgets
- Stimulate agile working and ownership within the Unified Communications team
- Provide direction, space, and support to the team and remove obstacles
- Bachelor's or Master's work and thinking level
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of at least 15 employees, with both HR and result responsibility
- Proven knowledge of unified communication services, including e-mail, telephony, chat, video, and collaboration tools
- Demonstrable experience in implementing changes
- Demonstrable experience with an agile working method
- Demonstrable experience within a government ICT organization
