Technical Architect (Senior Leadership)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect for a leadership position in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This permanent full-time position is aimed at senior-level professionals with extensive expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

In this role, you will define the architecture strategy for enterprise-wide digital platforms and design secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills, working closely with engineering, product, security, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Development of end-to-end architectures for enterprise applications and digital products
• Creation of architecture designs, technical specifications, and integration patterns
• Technical leadership of engineering teams with a focus on best practices and quality assurance
• Promotion of modern development methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD
• Translation of business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Implementation of Security-by-Design and Privacy-by-Design principles
• Consultation on emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives
• Communication of architecture strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and solution architecture
• Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise platforms
• Experience in leading architecture and technology deliveries in large transformation programs
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and modern ecosystems
