• Review of tender documents for completeness and consistency (requirements, appendices, drawings, interfaces)
• Plausibility check of the required cycle times for filling, vacuum, and leak testing processes
• Review of the required filling and vacuum parameters as well as process capability requirements for technical feasibility
• Evaluation of the specified leak testing methods for suitability, traceability, and test equipment capability
• Review of the requirements for PLC, HMI, and MES integration for consistency and clarity
• Clarification of interfaces and areas of responsibility between supplier, assembly partner, and plant engineering in the documents
• Evaluation of the manufacturing suitability of the specified layout and material flow specifications
• Documentation of the results as a checklist with inconsistencies, gaps, and need for clarification for the client

Requirements

• Several years of experience with filling, vacuum evacuation, and leak testing systems for coolant and brake fluid systems
• Knowledge of vacuum and pressure technology as well as process parameters for filling
• Practical experience with PLC controls and plant automation in a series production environment
• Experience in the technical review of requirement documents and specifications (Statement of Work, RFP, cycle time plausibility)
• Knowledge of US-relevant safety requirements for vehicle fluid systems
