Job description
As a (Technical) Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing framework agreements within the OVAH project, including drafting tender documents, contract management, and guiding the procurement process.
Project overview
As a (Technical) Contract Manager, you will work within the OVAH project on the management of framework agreements.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Executing contract management for framework agreements within the project
- Drafting tender documents and contracts
- Contributing to the testing of contracts and performance measurement
- Guiding (parts of) the tender process
- Writing reports and advisory memos
- Guiding the long-term collaboration with contract parties
- Managing the OVAH contract team
- Fulfilling the IPM role for contract management
- Maintaining contacts and conducting discussions with market parties
- Executing a market consultation for the preferred alternative
- Completed university education in a relevant technical field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with independent procurement and tendering at a strategic/tactical level
- Extensive experience with contract management within complex technical projects
- Demonstrable experience in compiling contract files
- Experience within IPM teams
- Analytical ability, environmental awareness, collaboration skills, relationship management, results orientation, and persuasiveness
