Assignment Description

We are looking for a senior technical project manager with extensive experience from the banking and finance sector for upcoming assignments.

The role involves leading and driving complex IT projects with a focus on IT infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, DevOps, and data platforms. The projects may include establishing a Key Management System (KMS) and migrating to Azure.

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical competence with operational leadership, has the ability to create momentum in complex projects, and communicates effectively with both technical teams and management.

Requirements

• You must have extensive experience in technical project management within the banking and finance sector.
• You must have previous experience from technical roles, such as developer, IT architect, or equivalent.
• You must have a strong academic educational background, preferably as a civil engineer or equivalent.
• You must have experience with established project models with clear decision points.
• You must have a good understanding of IT infrastructure and complex technical environments.
• You must have experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud platforms.
• You must have knowledge of DevOps and data platforms.
• You must have good leadership skills and be able to create engagement, efficiency, and momentum.
• You must be able to quickly familiarize yourself with new projects and technical environments.
• You must have very good communication skills at both operational and strategic levels.
• You must have experience with reporting and communication with management and steering groups.
• You must be structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
• You should have experience with establishing or implementing Key Management Systems (KMS).
• You should have experience with infrastructure projects involving migration to Microsoft Azure.
• You should have experience with security-critical IT environments.
