Technical Project Manager Software Introduction and Integration

Project overview

For a project in the public sector, we are looking for an experienced technical project manager (m/f/d) to manage a software introduction with a focus on integration and operation.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the technical planning and management of the software introduction of a new industry solution. This includes developing the target architecture, managing the technical implementation (customizing, interfaces, migration), and coordinating all technical stakeholders. You will ensure system integration and data flows, plan and manage testing, go-live, and operational handover phases, and evaluate technical solutions regarding scalability, security, and future viability. You will also support project controlling and manage technical test management.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a technical project manager in the IT environment
• Proven experience in software introductions and system integration
• Expertise in complex IT architectures
• Technical knowledge in system integration, APIs, and data migration
• Experience with test management and quality assurance
• Familiarity with cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
• Knowledge of security and operational concepts
• Completed degree (Business, Computer Science, or Mathematics)
• Very good German language skills
• Advantageous: Experience in the public sector

Work model: 90% remote, 10% on-site | Part-time (4 days per week)
