As a Technical Recruiter, you will recruit candidates for the Infra Talents project, focusing on underground infrastructure.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Approaching and recruiting mechanics for underground infrastructure
• Building and maintaining a talent pool
• Conducting introductory interviews with potential candidates
• Collaborating with contractors to map the inflow needs
• Contributing to labor market communication and recruitment campaigns
• Identifying labor market opportunities and translating them into concrete recruitment actions
• Some experience as a recruiter, sourcer, or similar role
• Affinity with career change programs and reaching new target groups
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and results-oriented attitude
• Skill in building relationships with candidates and collaboration partners
• Own initiative for new recruitment and campaign ideas
• Experience within technology, infrastructure, or another labor market shortage sector is a plus
