We are now looking for a technical writer with experience in technical documentation for a consulting assignment with our client in advanced aerospace and avionics. The role suits you who have good technical understanding, are structured, and enjoy collaborating with different functions within a technically complex operation.

About the assignment

As a technical writer, you will be responsible for producing, developing, and maintaining technical documentation for avionics equipment, with a particular focus on Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) and similar documentation.

The work involves close collaboration with project managers, designers, and production to ensure that the documentation is technically correct, clear, and adapted to the needs of the operation.

You are expected to be able to understand technical solutions, gather and structure information from various stakeholders, and translate complex technical information into easily understandable and usable documentation.

Requirements

3–7 years of relevant work experience

Technical competence and good understanding of complex technical systems.

Experience in technical documentation work.

Ability to work with CMM and similar technical documentation for avionics equipment.

Good collaboration and communication skills with various stakeholders, such as project managers, designers, and production.

Ability to work in a structured, accurate, and independent manner.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
