Technology Business Partner
Inside IR35
Fully Remote
4 Days per week
An exciting opportunity to join a globally renowned organisation in a business-critical role.
The Technology Business Partner sits in Technology but faces outward to the business helping directorates get the right technology for the problems they are trying to solve.
Your key stakeholders will include;
Key Responsibilities Include
Prioritisation
Help directors and directorates decide what comes first when they bring several requests that Technology cannot resource all at once.
Discovery
Run discovery sessions to clarify what teams are trying to do and what value they are seeking.
Demand planning
Work with internal Technology teams to understand their capacity, so that commitments made to the business are realistic.
Partner engagement
Hold regular check-ins with Procurement and Information Governance.
Key Skills/Experience Required

- Business directorates
- Internal Technology teams
- Procurement and Information Governance
- Strong commercial thinking with the ability to question what a team has been sold, test whether it fits their needs, and explain the business change involved.
- A good working understanding of cloud, SaaS and AI, and of the crowded market of tools available.
- Strong stakeholder engagement ability
- Ability to frame problems and apply prioritising/demand management skills competing to facilitate conversations between senior stakeholders.
