Telecom IT Project Director

Project overview

As part of a mobile provisioning system redesign project, we are looking for a Telecom IT Project Director to support the management and integration of a publisher's solution within the information system.

The consultant will be involved in all dimensions of the project: technical, functional, organizational, and budgetary.

Profile sought

Proven experience in directing complex IT projects in the telecommunications sector.

Good knowledge of Telecom IT environments. Specific expertise in mobile provisioning is not essential.

Expertise in project planning and management.

Experience in budget management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to manage service providers and interact with a publisher.

Professional English essential for exchanges with the publisher.

Excellent communication skills, particularly with high-level stakeholders (CIOs).

Leadership, analytical skills, rigor, and anticipation skills.

Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong customer focus.

• Manage the integration of the publisher's solution within the IS.
• Coordinate and lead teams of software architects, developers, testers, and the publisher.
• Supervise the work of the development teams and ensure coordination with project managers.
• Ensure planning, progress tracking, and budget management.
• Manage the different project phases, from estimating needs to delivery.
• Identify and anticipate risks.
• Guarantee compliance with commitments regarding costs, deadlines, and quality.
