Project overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced engineer (m/f) for the mechanical services to strengthen our team in Berlin. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading a significant existing building project in Berlin, which has a duration of 5-6 months. Your main task will be to correct a disrupted construction process and optimize the planning. If successful, the project duration may be extended by 12 months.
Responsibilities
Leadership and coordination of the project in the area of building services engineering. Active correction and adaptation of the planning to ensure a smooth process. Main point of contact for service phase 8 (LP 8) and other relevant topics. Interface management with other trades to ensure optimal cooperation.
Requirements
You have a solid education in building services engineering and already have experience in site supervision / quality assurance. Your strong communication skills and organizational talent help you to maintain an overview and find solutions even in challenging situations.
