Trainee Environmental Planner (interim)

Project overview

As a trainee, you will support experienced environmental planners in the development of Zwolle.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Support environmental planners in advising on spatial developments, housing construction, and area development
• Assess environmental studies and translate points of attention into advice for project leaders and planners
• Familiarize yourself with environmental themes such as noise, air quality, odor, soil, nitrogen, environmental zoning, and environmental safety
• Deepen your knowledge in a specific environmental theme of your choice
• Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines and external partners
• Independently handle smaller advisory requests with growing responsibility
• Contribute to the further development of the field of environmental planning
• Diploma at least HBO bachelor level
• Experience, gained through internships or work, within spatial planning, environment, and/or the physical living environment
• Not more than two years of work experience since obtaining the diploma
• Field of study such as Spatial Planning, Social Geography, Environmental Science, or Spatial Development (preferred)
• Experience with the Environmental Act or environmental issues (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience through internship or work within spatial planning, environment, and physical living environment (preferred)
• Proactive and eager to learn attitude
• Good communication skills
• Team player mentality

• Rate: 80-80 EUR/h
