Transformation/Program Manager

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Transformation/Program Manager for our TITANS freelancers team for an interesting transformation project in an international environment.

Project requirements

• setting up and managing a local programme governance structure
• creation and ongoing update of the local deployment and transition plan
• coordination of local project resources and workstreams
• management of RAID – Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies
• management of escalation processes
• preparation of programme reporting, status updates, and governance materials
• coordination of collaboration with the CEE Command Team and Global workstreams
• planning and supporting the execution of workshops, testing, and deployment activities
• support for resource planning in cooperation with SMEs for the given area
• ensuring transparent communication about the program status, risks, dependencies, and open activities
• acting as the main operational contact point between territory and CEE/Global programme teams
• min. 10 years of experience in Project/Program Management
• previous experience leading a large transformation or enterprise implementation
• experience with:
• end-to-end management of complex transformation projects – scope, budget, timeline, RAID, dependencies, and governance
• coordination of business, IT, and external delivery teams in a complex international environment
• programme governance
• transition and deployment planning
• coordination of project resources and workstreams
• active knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
• ability to professionally communicate at the senior management level and across multiple stakeholders
• strong organizational and communication skills
• systematic and proactive approach
• ability to manage a complex environment, priorities, and escalations
