We are looking for an experienced UX Designer for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region, as part of an end-to-end transformation program for the corporate credit chain. The program is run in Agile mode, with a strong international dimension. It places user expectations at the center and relies on innovative technologies: API services, data structuring, machine learning.

Profile sought
You are an experienced UX Designer and have ideally worked in a financing and investment banking or corporate banking context. You are proficient in conceptualization, prototyping in InVision, user testing, and co-design. You are familiar with Agile methods and know how to write functional specifications. A BAC+4/5 degree is appreciated. Your communication is excellent: you know how to rally users, business stakeholders, and IT teams around a solution, including in an international context.

- Analyze the existing situation and gather target needs from users and business stakeholders.
- Audit current screens and identify areas for improvement.
- Co-design prototypes with users and conduct usability tests.
- Create dynamic mockups in InVision for each application feature.
- Write detailed functional specifications for the features.
- Ensure the proper integration of the chosen solution into the existing information system.
- Work in close collaboration with business and IT teams, using Agile methodology.
