UX Researcher (interim)

Project overview

In the role of UX Researcher, you will investigate the bottlenecks schools encounter when digitizing central exams.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Investigate the challenges schools experience with digitizing exams
• Inventory needs for infrastructure, devices, and resources for digital examination
• Prepare qualitative research together with the team, including question formulation and scenarios
• Conduct research among approximately 30 schools with diverse experiences and educational directions
• Conduct interviews with schools and gather usable insights
• Process the research results together with a business analyst
• Present the findings to clients and other stakeholders
• Minimum 5 years of work experience at HBO level
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX interaction design / UX design
• Demonstrable experience with human-centered design, customer journeys, user stories, scenarios, screen flows, wireframes, prototyping, and service design, supported by an online portfolio
• Experience with organizing and facilitating effective group sessions
• Experience with guiding human-centered design processes within multidisciplinary scrum teams
• Experience with Agile working, DevOps teams, and Scrum/Kanban
• Relevant experience in large executive organizations (preferred)
• Extensive experience with digital government (preferred)
• Demonstrable experience with user research and usability testing (preferred)
