• Based on a sample of up to 150 warranty cases received from the customer, an on-site audit will be carried out at the contract dealership.
• The individual warranty cases will be checked and discussed with the responsible persons on the dealer side. The content relates to: correct documentation, use of correct labor values, logic checks (were parts invoiced also ordered, stored, installed).
• In addition to the audit, workshop processes will be analyzed and the general workflow will be considered (are tools properly stowed, is the warehouse sufficiently stocked, etc.).
• A final report will be created and discussed with the management of the dealership.
• Based on the auditor's impressions, measures will be recommended to improve processes and workflows and to bring them into line with the manufacturer's specifications.
• At the dealer's request, coaching will be provided to compensate for identified weaknesses in the process.
