Experienced Warranty Auditor needed for a full-time role in East Germany, starting November 2026. The role involves conducting on-site audits at dealerships to review warranty claims and operational processes.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced Warranty Auditor (m/f/d) for a full-time position in East Germany. You will be working for a leading industrial company starting November 2026.
In this role, you will conduct on-site audits at contract dealerships. Based on samples of up to 150 warranty cases, you will review documentation, labor values, and logical processes. You will check whether invoiced parts were properly ordered, stored, and installed.
Furthermore, you will analyze workshop processes and general operational procedures – from tool management to stock replenishment.
You will conduct discussions with responsible persons at the dealership and create detailed final reports.
Based on your findings, you will develop improvement measures to optimize processes and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications. Optionally, you will conduct coaching sessions to address identified weaknesses.
For this position, you bring experience in Auditing, Audit Reporting, and Audit Management. Knowledge in Data Audit, Operational Audit & Compliance, and Quality Assurance is advantageous. You work independently, communicate confidently with stakeholders, and possess analytical skills.
