• Conception, configuration, and maintenance of Security Groups and Domain Security Policies
• Control and implementation of role and authorization concepts within Workday
• Analysis, evaluation, and optimization of existing security and access structures
• Conducting authorization checks and evaluating compliance requirements
• Processing and solving security-related issues in the Workday environment
• Definition and implementation of requirements in the area of User Access Management
• Creation and maintenance of security-related documentation and governance guidelines
• Advising stakeholders on role-based access control and authorization concepts
• Identification and implementation of optimization potential within the Workday security landscape
