What you bring

To be considered for this assignment, you must have several years of experience as a project manager within the Social Domain or Public Order and Safety, and experience with issues related to domestic violence and/or child abuse and/or care and safety.

• Collaboration agreement with JBR and Veilig Thuis on cooperation with the local neighborhood team and involved policy officers. The goal is to shift the focus from crisis to structural safety in cases of (preventive) domestic bans;
• Proposals for the management of domestic violence/intimate partner violence, for the reform of the care chain, and for embedding the focal point for domestic violence, including tasks, positioning, and responsibilities.
• Detailed improvement measures for prevention, detection, triage, risk assessment, and chain collaboration;
• Proposal for structural embedding of the approach within municipal processes and responsibilities;
• Administrative decision-making with administrative and civil servant alignment;
• A fully implemented reporting code for domestic violence;
• Organization of events to increase knowledge and awareness;
• Periodic reports to management and administration on progress, risks, and results;
• Contract for a fixed or indefinite period (depending on your preference) or on a ZZP basis;
• Salary in accordance with scale 11 of the collective labor agreement for municipalities with nice extras depending on knowledge and experience, ZZP hourly rate in consultation;
