Job description

Reporting to the "Contract Transfers" specialized team, your main responsibilities are:

Ensure the administrative management and follow-up of entrusted contracts in compliance with internal rules, procedures, and deadlines (administrative modifications, certificate issuance, accounting adjustments).

Handle phone shifts (incoming and outgoing calls) and respond to requests from internal and external contacts.

Participate in the development of operating procedures, management scripts, and the implementation of new products.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service.

Conditions:

Hours: 35 hours per week.

Salary: €14.50 gross per hour.

Profile sought

Education level: Validated Bac +2 / Bac +3 (Commerce, Management, Banking or equivalent).

Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer relations (internships and work-study accepted).

Required skills:

Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel).

Interpersonal skills and proficiency in telephone communication.

Good adaptability, rigor, and customer service orientation.

About our client

We are recruiting for our client, a major banking player, an After-Sales Management Officer. This position, based in Marseille (2nd arrondissement), is for a 6-month temporary mission, from 01/12/2026 to 31/05/2027.
