As an Agile Master/Scrum Master, you will support a tribe composed of two teams responsible for the development and operational maintenance of a functional scope. You will contribute to their efficiency, autonomy, and continuous improvement of their practices, while ensuring the fluidity of their delivery and the quality of service.

As an Agile Master / Scrum Master, you will support a tribe composed of two teams responsible for the development and operational maintenance of a functional scope.

You will lead the agile rituals — daily stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews, retrospectives — and help the teams resolve difficulties, anticipate risks and facilitate conflict resolution.

In close collaboration with the tribe lead, the delivery manager and your peers, you will also contribute to evolving agile practices at the organizational level and to driving cross-functional initiatives.
