Application Support

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced application support specialist for the support and optimization of business applications. You will be working at our Berlin location in a hybrid work model.

Your tasks include the technical support and maintenance of business applications to ensure smooth operation. You will analyze business requirements in the context of the deployed software and derive necessary optimization measures from them. Furthermore, you will create required user documentation and support users in using the systems.

For this position, you bring several years of practical experience in supporting business applications. You have sound knowledge in ensuring stable application operation and can independently analyze and solve technical problems. Your expertise in the areas of system analysis, application optimization, and software support is proven.

We expect very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as the willingness for occasional on-site deployments. You work independently, are reliable, and can quickly familiarize yourself with complex system landscapes.

The start date is November 16, 2026. We offer an interesting role in an established environment with the flexibility to work between home office and office.
