- Developing and maintaining multi-year plans and investment and policy plans for the public space
- Assigning and coordinating assignments for management activities and guiding managers
- Fulfilling internal client roles for replacement projects in the public space
- Formulating requirements for construction and area development projects during the transfer of public space to the municipality
- Providing financial accountability within the field of traffic and transport
- Advising management and executive board on developments in the public space
- Representing the municipality in regional, provincial, and national consultations
- Completed HBO-bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an asset manager civil engineering within a municipal organization
- Experience in developing vision and strategy and translating this into policy and plans
- Experience in managing public space and balancing management, investments, and interests
- Strong analytical skills and administrative and political sensitivity
