Context

Our client is looking for an experienced BI Reporting Developer to join their team as part of a technical assistance mission, entirely remotely.

You will contribute to the creation of reports and dashboards, as well as the reliability and performance of the data used.

Profile Sought

You have at least 5 to 6 years of professional experience and possess operational English skills, both written and spoken.

Deliverables

• Design, develop, and implement complex reports and interactive dashboards with Cognos Analytics.
• Build robust, scalable solutions tailored to business needs.
• Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and PL/SQL processes in an Oracle environment.
• Improve the performance and reliability of database components.
• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models in compliance with architectural rules.
• Verify the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data and contribute to quality controls.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for reports, ETL processes, and data structures.
• Contribute to the team's documentation standards and templates.
• Solid expertise in Cognos Analytics: Reporting, Framework Manager, and Transformer.
• Hands-on experience with Talend ETL for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Solid understanding of data warehouses and datamarts, as well as star and snowflake schemas.
• Skills in data modeling, performance optimization, and data quality.
