Business Analyst ALC (interim)

Project overview

As a business analyst, you form the link between Asset Management and IT within the Asset Life Cycle (ALC) program, part of the broader Digital Operational Excellence program with SAP S/4HANA as its basis.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Translating Asset Management issues into process, data, and IT requirements
• Inventorying information flows, integrations, and interdependencies
• Guiding workshops and decision-making processes with users, IT specialists, and suppliers
• Supporting the refinement, realization, test, and acceptance phases of solutions
• Monitoring user value, coherence, manageability, and continuity of solutions
• Establishing and monitoring quality and acceptance criteria for data and document migration
• Developing and improving connections between SAP and other systems, including ServiceNow and ArcGIS
• HBO or WO diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the role of business or information analyst
• Experience with multiple complex IT implementations or improvement projects, including platform integration and/or data migration
• Demonstrable skill in converting business requirements into IT requirements
• Familiar with project-based and agile/scrum working at the interface of IT and operations
• Independent and proactive work attitude
• Mandatory integrity check and online screening via Valicare
• Experience with EAM implementations (desirable)
• Experience with SAP implementation and/or migration (desirable)
• Certification in Agile/Scrum or project management such as IPMA (desirable)
• Affinity with the port and civil engineering (desirable)
• Experience with the VDM methodology (desirable)
