As a Business Controller Operations, you will support the Business Control Security department within Schiphol Group, focusing on financial performance and value creation for Security Joint Ventures.
Project overview
As Business Controller Operations, you will support the Business Control Security department within Schiphol Group.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Testing the financial results of the Security Joint Ventures
- Validating functional needs from the business and their added value
- Steering towards maximum value creation in line with Schiphol's financial goals
- Acting as a financial business partner for the management team, providing advice when requested and unrequested
- Performing financial analyses related to business issues
- Preparing management reports, budgets, and multi-year plans
- Scrutinizing financial reports from Security parties
- Preparing EES reports for the government
- Financial background at HBO/WO level, preferably supplemented with an RA or RC title
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience at this level
- Experience in a multi-stakeholder environment at various levels
- Experience as a Business Controller within a management team
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Critical and challenging thinking ability
- Ability to inspire, influence, and convince from new perspectives
- Skill in providing independent, challenging advice from an outside-in perspective
