maximum €78 per hour. Assignment: The contract manager will be deployed to strengthen and further professionalize contract management within the social domain. The assignment includes executing contract management on strategic contracts, monitoring contract performance, obligations, and risks, maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and advising on contractual and organizational issues. Furthermore, the contract manager is responsible for the further development of procurement and contract management within the organization.

This includes setting up a workable steering and reporting structure, identifying and implementing improvements in processes and working methods, preparing a development and implementation proposal, and safeguarding knowledge, processes, and working methods within the organization.

The assignment is successfully completed when the assigned strategic contracts have demonstrably been brought under control, a workable steering and reporting structure has been established, a supported and politically agreed-upon development and implementation proposal for the further professionalization of procurement and contract management has been delivered, and the organization is sufficiently equipped to independently build further on professional contract management.

The contract manager possesses demonstrable experience within the social domain and has extensive knowledge of contract management, supplier management, and municipal processes. The candidate is analytically strong, results-oriented, politically and administratively sensitive, and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, the candidate has experience managing contracts and is capable of independently guiding complex stakeholder trajectories. Requirements
