• Project preparation and analysis
• Coordination with local business units and key users
• Recording of desired customers

• Conducting training for end-users and key users

• Coordination of interface requirements with IT and external service providers
• Support with technical tests and error analysis

• Documentation, prioritization, and tracking of errors
• Go-Live Management
• Planning and coordination of the go-live date
• Execution of go-live checks
• Monitoring of the first productive documents
• Coordination of error correction for critical issues
• Hypercare and continuous improvement
• Support for users after go-live
• Analysis of process and quality metrics
• Identification of optimization and automation potential
• Coordination and implementation of further improvements

• End-to-end coordination of international rollouts
• Interface between business units, IT, key users, and external service providers
• Ensuring successful implementation of the EDI/ IDP solution
• Increasing the degree of automation through digital document processing

• Completed business administration degree, alternatively a technical or commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification
• Experience with IDP (Intelligent Document Processing
• Provider: PARASHIFT on the Seeburger Platform) and ERP systems (SAP ECC/R3)
• Experience in CRM, sales organization, customer service or marketing, change management
• Current SAP or Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, etc.) are an advantage, but not a must
• Experience with the following tools is an advantage: Signavio, JIRA, Confluence (Atlassian), AI knowledge (e.g. Agentforce SF or Jule from SAP)
• Good understanding of technical concepts such as database systems and data integration
• Methodological competence and analytical thinking skills
• Team player with an independent and structured way of working
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in global companies
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
