As part of a process-oriented organization, managing functional and technical needs related to indirect taxes is a key challenge for the Group.

We are recruiting a Finance System & Process Analyst. The position focuses on managing tax master data (tools and functional processes) as well as maintaining fiscal configuration within finance tools.

The team's projects revolve around compliance, data quality, and the optimization of tax flows and tools, with the ambition of mastering the tax process end-to-end.

Missions

Tools & Environment

• Support and monitoring of projects (functional animation)
• Animation of source tools in case of non-integrated flows
• Daily collaboration with the PM and other impacted FSS to ensure tool maintenance
• Maintenance of the fiscal master data and reporting tools
• Support and monitoring of tickets to ensure the fiscal master data is updated
• Support for the development of fiscal reporting and extractions
• Updating reports in case of new needs
• Ensuring integrity checks for created reports
• Support for the creation of a unique master data repository in collaboration with the Delivery Owner (DO) / Project Manager, prior to the project
• Monitoring the VAT change process
• Ensuring that Group master data correctly incorporates any country-specific requests
• Advising on or participating in the implementation of accounting processes to enable a smooth business start (compliance, internal control, declarations, etc.)
• Working towards the implementation of a robust, automated target process fully integrated into Decathlon's other activities
• Ensuring data relevance and working, in collaboration with the finance data teams, on implementing the necessary reporting for proper accounting monitoring of the activity (reconciliation)
