ABOUT THE ROLE

Brooksource is seeking a Fullstack Engineer for a hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN, with a 6-month contract-to-hire arrangement. This position is ideal for a developer who enjoys working across the full stack, including frontend interfaces, backend services, integrations, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices. You will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and supporting modern web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology stack.

Experience with Salesforce development is helpful but not required.

• Design, develop, test, and support full-stack web applications
• Build responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and technical documentation
• 4+ years of software development experience
• Strong object-oriented programming and software design skills
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with Python (preferred)
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure (preferred)
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (preferred)
• Experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (preferred)
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
