A major food distribution group is looking for a functional and technical architect to frame initiatives for its digital train within the SAFe framework.
Project overview
Our client, a large food distribution group, is structuring its digital activity in France around a SAFe train (Digital Alimentaire France). They are looking for an architect to frame the train's initiatives, both functionally and technically, and to produce their architecture documentation.
Missions
- Frame each initiative of the train functionally and technically, and produce its architecture documentation
- Design end-to-end architectures with business and IT teams, ensuring their consistency and adherence to the group's architecture principles
- Represent the architecture in the SAFe train ceremonies (PI Planning, feature preparation, enablers)
- Conduct project architecture reviews and participate in governance (compliance, validation, communication)
- Maintain the architecture repository: reference framework, IS mapping
- Identify simplification and obsolescence treatment projects
- Contribute to the IS transformation roadmap and monitor market developments
