German Payroll Transformation Consultant

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Transformation Consultant to support a comprehensive payroll transformation program. In this role, you will guide an organization through migration to new payroll systems, ensuring all processes run smoothly.

Your main tasks will include data migration, comprehensive testing, and parallel runs to ensure the accuracy of the new solution. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure all German legal requirements and compliance specifications are met – a critical success factor before go-live.

• Proven experience in executing German payroll projects
• Fluent German and very good English (written and spoken)
• Solid background in payroll implementation, migration, or testing
• Practical experience with parallel payroll runs and reconciliation
• Solid knowledge of German statutory payroll requirements and compliance regulations
• Payroll systems such as ADP GlobalView, DATEV, Sage, or Peras
• ELSTER/B2A reporting
• SuccessFactors integration with payroll systems
• Manufacturing industry payroll and time and attendance management
