Implementation Manager Digital Workplace (Interim)

Project overview

The assignment focuses on research into the Developer Experience and the creation of an improvement plan for IT Sociaal.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Investigating the current Developer Experience within IT Sociaal
• Evaluating the results of the DevOpsBox project
• Conducting interviews with developers, product teams, architects, security specialists, and management
• Organizing and facilitating workshops, work sessions, and surveys
• Mapping the developer journey and analyzing bottlenecks in tooling, processes, and governance
• Developing a future vision and a prioritized improvement roadmap
• Advising management on follow-up steps and investment decisions
• Coordinating between development teams, IT operations, architecture, and security
• Reporting on progress and risks, and presenting research results
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within complex IT organizations, managing change and implementation projects
• Demonstrable experience within Agile, DevOps, and software development environments
• Experience in conducting research, assessments, stakeholder analyses, and shaping improvement trajectories
• Strong skills in interviewing and facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to translate user insights into concrete improvement initiatives
• Experience in managing stakeholders at operational, tactical, and strategic levels
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach
• Independent, results-oriented, and advisory attitude
• Experience with Developer Experience, Developer Platforms, or Internal Developer Platforms is considered a plus
