Responsibilities
- Consulting and supporting institutions in the introduction of applications for internal processes, for example in IT and operations organization, internal control system (IKS), risk management, or authorization management
- Central point of contact for technical and organizational questions – from preparation and kick-off to go-live
- Development and implementation of introduction concepts, including administration, user communication, and training
- Conception and execution of webinars, workshops, and exchange formats
- Close coordination with project managers, business departments, IT, and executives
- Support in the sustainable use of introduced applications and optimization of related processes
