Interim - CEO

Project overview

We are currently looking for an interim manager for our client.

PROJECT CONTENT:

• Take over overall operational responsibility for the plant/production site
• Ensure stable operational business operations
• Responsibility for productivity, quality, delivery capability, and costs
• Close coordination with responsible stakeholders and central organization
• Active stakeholder management with budget holders and relevant decision-makers
• Professional and assertive handling of the local works council as a key influencing factor at the site
• Identification and implementation of short-term measures to ensure operational stability
• Coordination with HR regarding procedural and personnel issues
• Management and optimization of production, supply chain, and operational processes

Requirements

• Leadership experience at Plant Manager, Operations Director, or CEO level
• Sound experience in the manufacturing industry is essential
• Ideally, industry knowledge in the mechanical engineering, plant engineering, engine, or manufacturing sector
• Strong hands-on mentality and high operational implementation strength
• Confident use of SAP, as well as in reporting and controlling tasks
• High conflict resolution, communication, and assertiveness skills
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good English skills are an advantage
• Project start: short notice / immediately
• Project location: Greater Munich area
• Project duration: until approximately March 2027
• Utilization: Full-time
• Remote share: low, predominantly on-site presence required
