- Development and implementation of a change management strategy for the introduction of a Guided Buying solution
- Conducting stakeholder, impact, and readiness analyses
- Conception and implementation of target group-specific communication measures
- Planning and execution of training and enablement activities
- Support of the test, pilot, go-live, and hypercare phases from a change perspective
- Identification of acceptance risks and derivation of suitable countermeasures
- Close collaboration with project management, business departments, and international stakeholders
- Documentation of lessons learned and development of a reusable change framework for further rollout waves
- Several years of experience as a Change Manager in international transformation or digitalization projects
- Demonstrable experience in the implementation of procurement, source-to-pay, guided buying, or comparable enterprise applications
- Experience in global rollout projects with multiple countries and companies
- Very good stakeholder management at different hierarchical levels
