Job description
Seeking an interim CMMS expert with a background in engineering and at least three years of experience in CMMS systems within the pharmaceutical or a similarly regulated industry. The role involves analyzing and optimizing various maintenance and planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing work orders to determine scope and requirements
- Analyzing the need for personnel qualifications, materials, tools, and plant shutdowns
- Creating cost estimates for maintenance measures
- Conducting safety assessments of planned measures
- Analyzing resource requirements and developing recommendations for capacity planning
- Evaluating existing prioritization concepts and developing optimization proposals
- Analyzing processes to ensure the availability of approvals and materials
- Analyzing planning and control processes to meet defined maintenance goals
- Supporting the planning and coordination of optimization measures within shutdown projects
- Reviewing CMMS compliance and developing recommendations for action
- Analyzing existing maintenance and upkeep planning processes
- Supporting the coordination of optimization measures with relevant stakeholders
- Developing recommendations for the design of work order processes
- Analyzing processes for quality assurance and documentation of completed work
- Creating analyses and reports on maintenance key figures and process performance
- Evaluating documentation processes and identifying optimization potential
- Analyzing processes for the assignment and management of plant designations
- Evaluating spare parts management and developing optimization recommendations
- Analyzing existing service provider processes and identifying optimization potential
- Analyzing engineering-related cost structures
- Revising and optimizing engineering processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
- Completed degree in engineering
- At least three years of experience with CMMS systems in the pharmaceutical industry or a comparably regulated industry
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent German and English skills
- Strong communication skills at all company levels
