Project overview
As an Interim HR Business Partner, you will support managers with operational HR issues within a service-oriented organization of approximately 290 employees.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Advising and supporting managers on operational and tactical HR issues
- Managing and reducing absenteeism, with attention to prevention and sustainable employability
- Coaching team leaders in their leadership role and increasing their ownership of HR themes
- Identifying risks related to absenteeism, performance, and collaboration, and intervening in a timely manner
- Supporting with labor law cases, such as improvement plans, warnings, and termination processes
- Drafting and verifying settlement agreements
- Guiding conversations about absenteeism, performance, and escalations
- Acting as a sparring partner for management and leaders
- Assisting with various daily HR tasks
- Working with AFAS for HR administrative processes and file building
- Contributing to the further professionalization of HR processes
- HBO work and thinking level
- Proven experience in absenteeism management and labor law
- Experience in guiding and developing managers
- Experience in drafting settlement agreements and handling complex personnel issues
- Knowledge of current laws and regulations regarding absenteeism and labor relations
- Experience with AFAS is recommended
- Independent and pragmatic work style
- Good communication skills and sufficient persuasive power to keep managers sharp
