- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international contracts
- Legal support for sales activities, marketing measures, and commercial projects
- Assessment of legal risks related to advertising, product communication, and market presence
- Advice on competition law issues and relevant compliance requirements
- Further development of internal policies, contract processes, and legal standards
- Completed law degree
- Several years of professional experience as Legal Counsel or lawyer in commercial and contract law
- Experience in drafting and negotiating national and international contracts
- Knowledge of competition law and the legal assessment of marketing and advertising measures
- Strong communication and consulting skills, as well as an understanding of economic contexts
- Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent German and English language skills
