As an interim team manager, you will temporarily lead an operational team within the visa cluster and ensure continuity in execution.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Monitor the daily operation and achievement of KPIs
- Bring calm, direction, and structure to an environment with high workload
- Guide employees in their development and conduct progress meetings
- Collaborate with the visa cluster, HDCV, and internal and external partners
- Strengthen quality awareness and process discipline
- Identify bottlenecks and initiate concrete improvement actions
- Contribute to a future-proof design of the cluster
- Collaborate with five fellow team managers and the MT on professionalizing processes and collaboration
- HBO work and thinking level
- Extensive experience as an operational manager within a complex execution organization managing many employees
- Experience in monitoring quality, KPIs, and optimizing processes
- Combination of daily management with change management
- Stress resistance with a good overview and sharp prioritization
- Quick insight into the work and the ability to deliver added value
- Persuasiveness and the ability to provide clarity and direction
- Results-oriented focus on concrete, measurable improvements
- Experience with coaching and collaboration to strengthen team dynamics
