Job description
IT Consultant needed to analyze and document processes, develop target processes, and implement them in ServiceNow. Requires at least 3 years of experience in process management and ServiceNow implementation.
Project overview
+ Analysis and elaboration of quarterly reporting according to guidelines with a given data set
+ Elaboration of external requirements according to process specifications
+ Documentation and creation of process flows
+ Analysis and development of sub-processes into the tool landscape, e.g., ServiceNow
+ Creation of delivery packages for the relevant system environment
+ Documentation of technical implementation of processes
+ Analysis of existing process landscapes and organizational structures
+ Development, documentation, and optimization of target processes
+ Creation of functional concepts, process models, and implementation documentation
+ Development of role and responsibility models
+ Description of interfaces, coordination paths, and approval processes
+ Functional implementation of processes in ServiceNow
+ Conducting and moderating workshops
+ Documentation and preparation of results for various target audiences
Requirements
+ min. 3 years of professional experience in process management, process development, or process implementation in the IT, OT, telecommunications, or KRITIS-related infrastructure environment.
+ 3 years of demonstrable involvement in at least two projects within the last five years for the creation, further development, or implementation of processes and organizational structures in the IT, OT, telecommunications, or KRITIS infrastructure environment.
+ min. 3 years of demonstrable experience in analyzing existing process landscapes and in developing and standardizing target processes across the entire lifecycle of technical platforms and technologies.
+ min. 3 years of demonstrable experience in the functional implementation and deployment of processes in ServiceNow, including the development of functional requirements and support for tool mapping.
+ 3 years of demonstrable experience in creating functional concepts, process models, role models, interface descriptions, and implementation documentation.
