For one of our clients, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented personality as a Junior IT Supporter.
In this versatile role, you will support users in daily IT operations, ensure a reliable IT infrastructure, and participate in exciting IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Receiving, prioritizing, and processing IT support requests
- First-level support on-site as well as supporting users with technical problems
- Managing Windows clients, end devices, and Microsoft 365 environments
- User and authorization management with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
- Support for the operation of printer, server, and network infrastructure
- Participation in IT projects and introduction of new IT solutions
- Maintenance of IT documentation and optimization of support processes
- Analysis of recurring disruptions and coordination of escalations
