Interim Legal Enforcement Officer for Environmental Law needed to replace a team member, focusing on enforcing regulations and handling legal cases.
Project overview
The assignment concerns temporary replacement of an enforcement lawyer for Environmental Law within the VTH Bouwen team.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Enforcing laws and regulations in the area of fire safety and the Physical Environment Ordinance
- Handling cases in the field of Environmental Law
- Assessing objections against traffic decisions and decisions based on the Physical Environment Ordinance and the Environmental Act
- Drafting defense statements and acting on behalf of the municipality during hearings
- Minimum completed education at HBO bachelor level
- Demonstrable experience in the last three years as a legal enforcement officer at a municipality
- Preferably a legal HBO bachelor education
- Experience with Environmental Law, including construction and fire brigade matters
- More than three years of experience as a legal enforcement officer within a municipality is a plus
