Responsibilities

Analyze the corporate strategy and derive proposals from it

Develop and maintain the concept for the use of hardware, software, and communication

Develop a solution proposal & final solution proposal

Process analysis, design, and optimization

SAP guidelines for a uniform system landscape and usage

Create solution proposals and ensure effort estimations are created

Consolidate cross-service solutions

Maintain documentation

Further develop the system landscape

Support project management

Prepare and conduct workshops; secure results from workshops and further coordination up to decision preparation (e.g., for gathering requirements from the business department or within project work)

Handle special assignments from project management

German residency required

Service Description:

The current software supporting the core HR business, SAP HR ECC 8.0, must be migrated to the successor software SAP HCM for S/4HANA. Existing personnel data must be migrated. As part of the planned project, improvements in business process support are also intended. The existing BW system, SAP BW for HANA, must be connected to the new HR software, and existing reports are to be revised and adapted to new functional challenges.

Product owner-like tasks at the interface between business and IT (including guiding business experts in their collaboration with IT)

Customizing with a focus on SAP HCM SW (OM/PA/PY)

ERP HR, especially SAP HCM SW competencies, ideally including OM/PA/PY
